State Alumni Youth Global Community Exchanges Connect
Alumni of American Councils - administered exchange programs return to their home countries and participate in a number of community outreach, professional development, and continuing education activities, funded in part through American Councils by the US Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA).
